Australian Christian Lobby Have your say

Step 1 of 3: Tell us about you

Have your say on the Digital Duty of Care Bill

The Online Safety Amendment (Digital Duty of Care) Bill 2026 is now being examined by a Senate committee, and the committee wants to hear from Australians.

The Bill has much to commend, especially in protecting children. But some parts are unclear and could limit freedom of speech and religion online. Answer two quick questions and we'll help you write your own submission email in about two minutes.

The committee needs your full name to accept your submission. It's used to sign your email and isn't stored by ACL.
